I became familiar with the Terravan Tetrapack when we began looking for a company to build out our Class B van conversion. At the time, the company was utilizing another power system in their builds, but felt the Tetrapack was an upgrade with its larger DC power capacity and wireless control and monitoring through its useable app. Taking possession of our van in April 2023 was very exciting, yet lots of questions and a learning curve was soon to follow. Most questions stemmed from the Tetrapack power supply. The “do’s and don’ts”, as well as maintenance and general questions. I recently retired from the fire service after thirty years where customer service is paramount. I have to say, I have never dealt with a company who has had better customer service and a willingness to assist a “lay-person” when it came to the workings and nuances of the Tetrapack. I found it gratifying and yet quite surprising that on every occasion I reached out to Terravan with my questions and/or concerns, Alex (the owner of the company) would graciously call or text me back no latter then an hour after the fact. On every occasion answering and/or resolving all our concerns. By the way…we love the unit! The simplicity, power, the app. and it’s compactness. As well as the ability to expand its power capacity if we need to. Testament to Alex and his crew (especially Jeff) at Terravan. We not only purchased a great product but a customer service that from our perspective is second to none!
